Matthew Masceri, Associate Real Estate Manager, joined CBRE Asset Services in 2012. Before joining Two Liberty Place, Matthew assisted in the management of 1650 Arch Street, a 550,000sf Class A office building in downtown Philadelphia. Matthew and the team of 1650 Arch have achieved a LEED Gold certification and the 2017 Toby Office Building of the Year award for the 500,000 – 1,000,000sf category and the BOMA 2018 Earth Day Award. Matthew has provided owners with more than seven years of real estate management experience.
Matthew is a member of CBRE’s Rising Professionals Organization, BOMA’s Philadelphia emerging leaders group, and is in the process of working toward achieving the prestigious RPA designation through BOMI.
